Pickup | Delivery | Returns


Once you have purchased your product, you will receive an email confirming your order. Within two days you will receive an order-status email notifying you that your order is either "transferring stores" or "awaiting pickup". Same-day pickup is usually available for items already stocked at your chosen pickup location. Items that need to be transferred between stores could take up to three days to process. When your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email with detailed instructions. Orders must be picked up within three days unless other arrangements are agreed upon with the store manager.



We currently offer a delivery service available only on Whidbey Island for an additional charge of $75.00 for the first item and $10.00 more per extra item purchased. 

To setup a delivery for your purchase, please call 360-679-9444 and select the store from which the product was purchased (This information is available in the product description). Depending on staff and schedule availability, deliveries may take up to 30 days to complete. A delivery date will be assigned by one of our store associates during your call. 



Returns will be accepted up to 14 days from pickup or delivery. To receive a refund, you must bring your Receipt, order number, and the item in its original condition to the store from which the product was purchased. Delivery charges will not be refunded, however free pickup will be available on Whidbey Island. Depending on staff and scheduling availability, it may take up to 30 days to pickup a returned item.
